We are the Teeboons: Dan, Kath and Kratos the German Shepherd dog. Dan met Kath in March 2013, and was introduced to Kratos shortly thereafter. In 2015, they became a family of three and Kratos and Kath acquisitioned Dan’s last name.

Since then, we have discovered a love of travelling around New Zealand in our camper van. Our first van was Tee Unit, and now we have Arti. Ever since our maiden voyage, we have always thought how great it will be to do this full-time once we are retired.

Then, in 2019, we decided that SOD IT we weren’t going to wait another 25-30 years to live out our dreams, and pulled the pin. From December 20, 2019, we will be living in Arti and travelling around New Zealand. Where will we go? After the first three weeks, we have no idea. We will figure it out, day by day, together.

Kath is a teacher, so can find relief work where she is needed and Dan is pretty much capable of doing anything he turns his hand to. Kratos, of course, is a furry freeloader but we don’t really mind that.
